Who we are and what this document is

Tasso is a platform that opens the company (PJ) of healthcare professionals, takes care of their taxes and invoices (notas fiscais) and shows every month how much tax they no longer paid.

The controller of the data processed on this page is the company responsible for Tasso. The registered name, the CNPJ and the address will be published here before launch.

This document explains, in plain language, what data we collect when you fill in the free analysis form, what we use that data for, how long we keep it, who we share it with and what your rights are.

What data we collect

What you type into the form

Where your visit came from

The hash of your IP

Your IP address is never stored as it is. We keep only a hash: a scrambled code generated from the IP plus a secret salt that stays on the server alone. That code cannot be turned back into the IP, and it serves a single purpose — limiting abuse, by counting how many submissions came from the same origin in a short time.

What we use the data for

We do not sell, rent out or hand over your data for anyone to advertise anything to you.

Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent, under art. 7, I of the LGPD (Brazil's data protection law, Law 13.709/2018). That consent is the box you tick in the form, and together with your record we store the exact text that was shown to you, the version of this policy and the date and time of the acceptance.

How long we keep the data

We keep your contact data for up to 24 months. If you do not sign up with Tasso within that period, we delete the data or anonymize it, so that it no longer identifies you. If you withdraw your consent before that, we delete it as soon as the request reaches us.

Who we share the data with

With no one. Your data is not shared with partners, advertisers or mailing lists.

The only exception are the infrastructure providers that host the page and store the data on our behalf and following our instructions. Today that provider is Google Cloud / Firebase.

Your rights and how to exercise them

The LGPD guarantees you, at any time and free of charge:

To exercise any of them, write to contato@usetasso.com.br telling us what you want. We answer within 15 days and we may ask for one extra piece of information only to confirm that it is really you.

Cookies and local storage

This page does not use tracking cookies and does not build a browsing profile.

If you change the page language, we store that choice in a cookie called tasso_idioma for up to 12 months, only to open the site in the right language next time. It doesn't identify you and isn't used for tracking.

We use your browser's sessionStorage to store one thing only: where your visit came from, that is, the UTMs of the link you clicked, the entry page and the referring site. It stays in the open tab, goes along if you submit the form and disappears when you close the tab.

Document version

Version privacidade-2026-10-v2, of October 8, 2026. When we change the text, we change the version as well, and the acceptance stored with each record points to the version that was live on that day.
